Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs successfully performed at all-Ukrainian martial arts competitions, demonstrating a high level of training, fortitude and sportsmanship.

The PRIME MARCH MUAY THAI Muay Thai Boxing Tournament was held in Kyiv, in which university cadets took part and won prizes:

I place – fourth-year cadet of the ERI No. 1 Valentyn Kramarenko (weight category up to 86 kg);

I place – fourth-year cadet of the ERI No. 2 Nazar Chalyi (weight category up to 71 kg);

II place – fourth-year cadet of the ERI No. 1 Mykhailo Bihdan (weight category up to 67 kg).

Athletes from the university also took part in the Khmelnytskyi Region Open Kickboxing Championship WAKO, dedicated to the memory of the master of sports of Ukraine Serhii Meshchyshyn, where they showed the following results:

I place in the kick-light section among adults – third-year cadet of the ERI No. 1 Roman Pshenychnyi (84 kg);

I place in the light contact section among adults – third-year cadet of the ERI No. 1 Roman Savchuk (65 kg);

I place in the light contact section among senior juniors – first-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Daniel Tymchuk (+94 kg);

I place in the light contact section – second-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Nikita Mashukov (74 kg);

I place in the light contact section and II place in the kick-light section – second-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Ivan Hnatiuk (63 kg);

I place in the light contact section – second-year cadet of the ERI No. 1 Yelyzaveta Kravchenko (60 kg);

I place in the light contact section and III place in the kick-light section – first-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Yaroslav Bohdar (79 kg);

I place in the kick-light section and II place in the light-contact section – first-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Lev Fesenko (69 kg);

II place in the kick-light section – second-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Bohdan Shendra (74 kg);

II place in the kick-light section – first-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Maksym Kachalaba (69 kg);

II place in the light contact section – third-year cadet of the ERI No. 1 Kyryll Rozhnov (74 kg);

III place in the kick-light section – first-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Pavlo Pavlusyk (63 kg);

III place in the kick-light section – first-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Artem Kulichenko (69 kg);

III place – second-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Yevhenii Bazdyriev (69 kg).
