Vice-rector of the university Viacheslav Kim took part in a briefing with the heads of law enforcement agencies of our oblast and branch management services chaired by the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Varchenko.  During the event, the basic requirements for the work of law enforcement officers during the entire election process were proved.  Mr. Kim stressed the full readiness of the staff to ensure public order and public safety during the election.
