A practical guide with elements of interactive technologies "Counteraction to illegal seizure of vehicles by units of the National Police of Ukraine" written by the author's team of Didorenko University was published. The publication highlights the main features of the criminal law characteristics of illegal possession of a vehicle. The forensic characteristics of this crime are revealed and the algorithm of actions of employees of the National Police of Ukraine during the organization of pre-trial investigation of the corresponding criminal proceedings is offered.
