Report of the first vice-rector of LDUVS named after E.O.  Didorenko Mykola Karchevskyi and 3rd-year cadet Olena Arlanova "How to find out if the law works?" or criminal law regulation in the context of official statistics "was published in the analytical publication" Criminal law regulation in Ukraine: realities and prospects. "The report was prepared for the working group on the development of the new Criminal Code which is part of the Commission on Legal Reform as an advisory body to the President of Ukraine.

The publication also presents statistics summarized by Maksym Viunyk which give an idea of ​​how the current Criminal Code of Ukraine of 2001 is applied.  The work can be found in the library of the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O.  Didorenko.
