Adaptive sports sessions are ongoing at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, helping combat veterans maintain their physical fitness, improve mobility, and gradually return to an active lifestyle.

One such training session was conducted by Ihor Boiko, an instructor from the Department of Special Physical Training. The session was attended by veteran and combat participant Viktor Tiupa – a serviceman with the 87th Territorial Defense Battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – who defended the country in Kharkiv region near Kupiansk and Sumy region.

The program featured a series of exercises designed to build strength and coordination. Key emphasis was placed on preparing the body for physical exertion, developing flexibility and agility, and improving motor skills and limb coordination.
These adaptive sports sessions at the university are part of a systematic effort to support veterans and create opportunities for their physical rehabilitation and active leisure.
