The successful defense of the PhD thesis took place at the IPA RCP
The successful defense of the thesis for obtaining a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 28 “Governance and Public Administration”, specialty 281 “Governance and Public Administration” took place at the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection on November 28, 2023. The work for the defense was submitted by Ihor Ushakov, senior lecturer of the Department of Euro-Atlantic integration and international peacekeeping operations of the Institute of Professional Military Education “Leaders’ Training”, the National Defence University of Ukraine.
