Higher education students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the patriotic event "The Strength of the Nation in Its Heroes", organized by Vinnytsia Regional Scientific Universal Library named after V. Otamanovskyi.

Veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shared their stories: Vasyl LIUBUNIA - representative of the public union of the All-Ukrainian Military Civil Association "Combat Brotherhood of Ukraine", Heroes of the Defense of Mariupol Oleksandr HUDILIN and Oleksandr HLUSCHCHENKO, who survived Russian captivity, as well as a former serviceman of the 77th Brigade of the State Defense Forces Roman ZHURAVLOV. They spoke about their combat experience, about how they help their comrades on the front and in the rear today, about the psychological support that returns hero-defenders to a full-fledged civilian life.

Vinnytsia poetesses and members of the vocal group "Oberig" performed with their own poetic works, songs and sincere words of gratitude.

A warm meeting on the eve of the unofficial Day of Heroes of Ukraine gave those present pride in their courageous compatriots, who for each of us are forever true Heroes.
