On the eve of the International Mother Language Day, graduates of the first year of study joined the celebration this holiday.  They recalled the tragic history of the holiday, shared reading poems in Ukrainian and Azerbaijani. During the quest "Language interests" cadets summarized their knowledge of the history of language, culture and traditions of our people. The creative game "Guess the Phraseology" and "Recognize the Melody" provoked a lively discussion.

"Native language, native words have their own history, geography of life and unique melody. Language is the history of the people, their identity, their independence," Mykita Golovkov said.

Summing up the event, Olexander Arlanov stressed: "Remember! The language disappears not because it is not taught by others, but because it is not spoken by those who know it.
