In the second part of the panel discussion "Ensuring law and order in a corona crisis" Mykola Vitaliyovych together with other speakers discussed the conceptual provisions of the General Part of the  Criminal Code of Ukraine draft, the use of digital crime research technologies, Ukraine's military security and implementation of US experience in combating economic crimes.
